Types of Cookies
According to Usage Duration: SoleLuna Tech uses both persistent cookies and session cookies on its electronic commerce platform websites and mobile sites. A session cookie expires when you close your browser, whereas a persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for a prolonged period or indefinitely.
According to Ownership or Placement Party: Cookies are divided into "first-party" and "third-party" cookies depending on who places them. On our site third-party cookies belonging to Google Analytics are used only if you give your explicit consent, alongside first-party storage.
According to Purpose of Use: By purpose, cookies are grouped as strictly necessary (mandatory) cookies, functional cookies, performance/analytical cookies and advertising/marketing cookies. Our site currently uses mandatory storage and performance/analytics cookies; the analytics cookies are set only with your explicit consent. No functional or advertising/marketing cookies are used.
Visit counter: To see which pages of our site are viewed and which sites visitors come from, we run a simple counter that does not use cookies. It does not place a cookie or any other identifier in your browser, does not send data to a third party, and does not store your IP address or browser details. Only daily totals are kept; to count the same visitor once a day, a short digest made anonymous with a random key that changes every day is held temporarily and deleted at the end of the day. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is measured.

Cookie Management
On the SoleLuna Tech website your explicit consent is obtained for non-mandatory cookies. The banner shown on your first visit offers two options: Accept and Decline. If you decline, the measurement/analytics script is never loaded and any analytics cookies already set are deleted; it is likewise not loaded while you have made no choice at all (the default is "no consent").
You can change your choice at any time: click the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page, the banner reopens and you can make a new choice. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (sl_cookie_consent) and is never sent to the server. Clearing your browser data also clears the choice, and the banner appears again.

- Object to any results arising against you due to the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems,
- Demand compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests regarding your rights as a data subject by filling out the Application Form available on our website and providing the necessary information and documents as specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. If you submit your request through the specified methods, SoleLuna Tech will process your request as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days free of charge. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by SoleLuna Tech.
